--- caught while working on modeling and simulation of the Diels–Alderase ribozyme ---

In my research I am focusing on high-performance molecular simulations of a ribozyme-catalyzed Diels–Alder reaction, in particular how the RNA is able to increase rate of that useful chemical reaction.
